A cuisine of Algarvian products

Vila Monte’s restaurant, Orangerie, offers a cuisine based on Algarvian products, from honey produced on the Monchique hills to the fish brought from the market of Olhão. We also use ingredients organically grown on the estate, namely citrus fruits, figs, almonds and fresh herbs.

With a total investment exceeding 100 000 euros, the project "Consolidation, Internationalization and Qualification Group Lágrimas," aims to introduce improvements in organization and management of the company and boost its presence in international markets. It was funded by NSRF, under the Competitiveness Factors Operational Programme, amounting to € 153,229.12, of which € 114,921.84 are from the European Regional Development Fund.
